Refund policy

Digital Products Refund Policy

Beyond Avenue sells digital products delivered electronically. Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access to the digital product has been provided.

However, please contact us if:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• you did not receive access to your purchased files;
• the file is corrupted or materially defective; or
• a refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.

If you experience a technical problem, please contact support@beyondavenue.ca and we will make reasonable efforts to provide a working replacement or restore access.

We do not normally provide refunds for change of mind after a digital product has been delivered or downloaded.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
