Digital Product Delivery Policy

Beyond Avenue currently sells digital products that are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

After successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased digital files through the order confirmation page and/or by email.

Please ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct. If you do not receive access to your digital product, please check your spam or junk folder and then contact us at support@beyondavenue.ca.

Digital delivery is normally available shortly after payment is successfully processed. Occasionally, technical or payment-processing delays may occur.

There are no shipping charges, customs fees, or physical delivery times for digital-only products.

If Beyond Avenue introduces physical or made-to-order products in the future, the applicable product page and this Shipping Policy will be updated with the relevant shipping, delivery, customs, and fulfillment terms.
